In this project we were learning all about Adobe Illustrator and how to use it. To put our skills to the test. We were tasked to create a picture of ourselves that we took and turn them into representations on Illustrator.

Project Reflection
1. What was your initial thought of the Selfie project?
- I thought that it was going to be hard being that I don't have much experience with illustrator. I expected that I would struggle a lot but I wanted to try anyway.
2. How did you feel about your selfie and adobe illustrator after the first few days?
- I struggled, drawing the lines was hard because they would never turn out straight or perfectly curved. Drawing the the outline of my face and body was the easiest part, however it was the eyes that were most difficult for me. The eyes make up the expression of the face and most of the time they looked creepy. Eventually I figured out how to do it where it looked great.
3. How did you feel about your selfie and Adobe illustrator after you were done with the project?
- I really was proud that I made a picture that looked remotely like me because I thought my picture would turn out as a colored blob. But it turned out really good and I cant wait how to how to use this program better so I can create things.
4. What helped you most in learning how to use adobe illustrator?
- To be honest Chris's help. There was things that Google could not answer so I asked Chris to help me. Looking up videos on YouTube might have helped as well.
5. What part of you selfie are you most proud of? What would you have liked to have done better?
- I am most proud of my face and body outline because getting the shape right was really hard. If I were to change something I would change my eyes because I think that they could look better.
6. What do you like about the project?
- How free it was and how we could create our own stuff with out to much direction.
7. How can the project be improved?
- I almost wanted more time because it felt rushed because I am a little slower at illustrator and it all went by really fast.
