Intoduction
We were tasked to make a video in groups that would highlight an issue in our society my group chose the issue of gender roles in the workplace. We wanted our video to help raise awareness of this issue to society by preforming a social experiment on a few contestants.
Proposal
In our proposal we had to talk about our research on the topic and also we had to provide the details on how the video would work. For example we had to plan out where we would interview our expert and what environment/setting we would film at. Additionally we had to plan out what we were going to ask our actors and where our break free moment was going to be in detail.

Final Video
|
As mentioned above our video was centered around the idea of having our audiences breaking free from the stereotypes of gender roles in the workplace. We started our video out by explaining the issue and what we would be doing in the video this was. We then transitioned to the experimental portion of our video then had our actors participate in our social experiment. Then we ended with our actors reactions to what we showed them. To the left is our video that was shown at our all school exhibition and the at Queen Bees in North Park San Diego.

Project Presentation
After we created our proposal we gave a presentation to inform our peers on our project and get feedback from them on what we could change. We covered the same ideas as our proposal that you read above. The slides we used are below.
Storyboard
Before we made our videos we had to create a storyboard that went scene by scene through our video. This was a last check before we went on to filming our video. It additionally served as guide to help make our filming process easier. To the right is a scanned copy of our storyboard.
